Registration

Registration for the 13th Annual VALE / NJ ACRL / NJLA CUS Users' Conference, "Brave New Librarian: Meeting Challenges and Embracing Change" will open in December 2011. Late registrants will be wait-listed. Login is required to register for the conference.

Registration will open in December 2011 for approximately 2 weeks. Those that register after registration is closed will be wait-listed.

Photo Release

By submitting a registration for the Annual VALE / NJ ACRL / NJLA CUS Users' Conference, you (conference attendee) will be granting permission for the use of your name, and/or photographs taken at the conference, to be used on the VALE website or in subsequent VALE publications. In addition, you will be grantin permission for print and/or digital presentations to be published on the VALE website and be distributed to other VALE conference participants.

How to Register

You must create an account or login to register for the annual conference. Your login will allow you to post comments to the breakout and poster sessions and if authorized upload your presentations.

Registration Confirmation

You will receive an online confirmations of your registration and displaying your breakout session selections. You will also receive an automated generic email confirming your sucessful submission of the registration form as well as an automated email with a link to your breakout session selections.  If you believe you have registered but did not receive a confirmation, please contact Judy Avrin.

Cancellation 

After you have registered and you find that you are unable to attend the conference, please email Judy Avrin. She will open the available slots to registrants that are wait-listed.
